FAQ's - Online Classes

All of our workshops are taken by us - Akanksha & Seema. We are the owners of the studio. We do not allow outsiders or anyone else to take classes on our name or with us & neither do we collaborate.
We do not do refunds but can credit your payment to another class if you are unable to join.
We do not allow recording or share recordings of any of our sessions.
All our workshops are LIVE and we create the painting mentioned from start to finish with you. You need to follow our instructions and create the painting with us. Max capacity of a class is 20. However we have about 6-10 people in each session on an average.
Once you make your booking, we will get in touch with you in 24 hours to share the image and other details so you are prepared before class.
We are highly experienced in this field and have been doing this since the past 5+ years - offline(mainly) and online both! We love what we do and we love to teach.

We have clients from all over the world and we take pride in mentioning that we take very good care and have great relationships with all our clients. If you live outside India and wish to join us, please get in touch with us on our chat panel and we will get you registered for the session of your choice.

FAQ's - Offline Classes (Vadodara Studio)

All of our workshops are taken by us - Akanksha & Seema. We are the owners of the studio. We do not allow outsiders or anyone else to take classes on our name or with us & neither do we collaborate.
Prior booking & confirmation is compulsory.
We will only be allowing 3-4 people maximum @ the studio at all classes so please pre-book your slots accordingly.
We do not fix up images to be done in class. You will be given a wide range of choices to pick from and we will teach you the one you wish to do. :)

After a million requests and to help those who cannot match our timings during live classes - we have decided to make our full class recordings available. We create the painting mentioned from start to finish with you. You need to follow our instructions and create the painting with us.
Once you make your booking, we will get in touch with you about the details and share the links and other details with you. The access will be removed after 3 days from the time the link is shared. (Link will be shared when you'd like it.)

FAQ's - Paintings (Custom Made or Website Shop)

All of our paintings are created by us - Akanksha & Seema. We are the owners of the studio since the past 5.5 years. All our paintings are absolutely 100% hand painted.
All art is made to order & hence there may be delays in sending out orders as we have a long list to complete!! Request you to keep patience and allow us to give your order our best work. We promise to send out the best quality to you.
If your order value is >2000 we request you to make the payment or we will contact you for the same because we need a 100% order confirmation before we create your art work.
We do not accept returns or do refunds on our orders unless the package is absolutely broken/damaged in transit.
All our paintings are NOT FRAMED and will need an external framing once you receive them.

FAQ's - DIY Kits for Painting

All of our kits are created by us - Akanksha & Seema. We are the owners of the studio.
All kits include a pre framed (stretched) Canvas, Print of the painting, carbon sheet, disposable palette paper, 2 brushes/knives as per kit details, paints required for the painting (can be bottles or tubes), and a brief pamphlet with a color mixing chart and a few instructions.
FREE tutorials are available on our YOUTUBE Channel for most kits. There may be some that are not uploaded yet. Request you to crosscheck that if you will be needing a video guidance to paint. :)
